The 4-Leak
Teardown

Every business has four places revenue escapes. Answer the questions below and watch each one open up. Then see which agent seals it.

Start with three numbers

Everything else builds on these

Rough is fine. Your gut number is close enough to see the shape of the problem.

Calls, texts, DMs, and form fills combined.

Leak 01

The Speed Leak

A lead reaches out and then waits. While they wait they keep shopping. The business that answers first usually wins, and it is almost never the one that answers tomorrow.

Be honest about nights and weekends. That is where most of it hides.
Leak 02

The Follow Up Leak

You reach them, they say send me info, and that is the last touch. Most sales live somewhere after the fifth attempt. Most businesses quit after the first.

Count texts, emails, and DMs. A touch is anything that asks for a reply.
Leak 03

The Dead List Leak

Every name you already paid to acquire is sitting in a spreadsheet, a CRM, or a phone. They know you. They just forgot about you. This is the cheapest money in your business.

Everyone, including the ones who never bought.
A list you never mail is a list you do not own.
Leak 04

The Content Leak

This one does not look like a leak. It looks like a busy week. Every hour you spend making posts is an hour you are not selling, and the second you stop posting the top of the whole system runs dry.

Where should I send your teardown?

You have already seen the leaks open up. This unlocks the ranked breakdown and the exact fix for each one.

Your numbers stay yours. No spam, and you can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.

How this math works. Speed Leak assumes contact rates fall as reply time grows, using 100 percent under five minutes, 78 percent within the hour, 55 percent same day, and 32 percent next day or later. Follow Up Leak applies only to leads you actually reached, and assumes a single touch leaves roughly half the available closes on the table, dropping to zero at seven or more automated touches. Dead List Leak uses a 1 percent reactivation rate against your list, adjusted for how stale it is, and shows a one time recoverable figure rather than a monthly one. Content Leak values your own hours at the rate you entered, times 4.33 weeks.

This is a planning tool, not a promise. These are industry rules of thumb applied to numbers you supplied. Nothing here is a guarantee of income or results. Your actual numbers will differ.
